All the CETPs can discharge their effluent into Mega pipe line after taking the membership certificate along with Booking Effluent Quantity (Liter/day) from the AMCA.
AMCA can shut the discharge valve of any CETP if any member is violating their discharge booking quantity or not paying dues to AMCA.
